Working with SDTM Dataset Assets
the study data tabulation model (sdtm) provides a standard for organizing and formatting data to streamline processes in collection, management, analysis and reporting you can design your own cdisc compliant sdtm datasets or copy dataset content directly from published standards or your own proprietary standards published standards include pre approved content that is uploaded by {{companyname}} , for example, sdtm ig v3 3 when working with dataset assets, you can enable plugins to view visualizations see also, docid 6usratl xv9izvtc8ien9 creating an sdtm asset group sdtm datasets are added as a new asset group in ryze to create a new sdtm asset group, select a standard from your repository click create asset group select sdtm datasets from the type dropdown box complete the following fields label this is pre populated but can be modified name for example, sdtm identifier for example, sdtm standard name supports define 2 0 exports, for example, “sdtm ig” standard version supports define 2 0 exports, for example, “3 2” comment allows you to associate a comment asset supplemental documents allows you to associate a file asset intended for submission select if the datasets are intended for submission select any docid 6usratl xv9izvtc8ien9 you want to enable for this dataset click one of the following create this creates the asset group you can choose to copy or import content later create and copy assets this opens the copy assets option, if you have another standard or study already associated (see docid\ y3vlpzi tlsfewtsshk3q ) then you can copy content into the new asset group copying sdtm datasets from published standards published standards can be added to your mdr by an administrator, see also docid\ cfxhicjrwafszsp rlwej these standards include pre approved third party content that is uploaded by {{companyname}} , such as sdtm ig and sdtm nci metadata copying from published standards means that users do not have to start from scratch when creating new content the content also conforms to any associated docid\ dbt8tgyjtza6pjsxp2c q and ensures compliance to copy from sdtm datasets from published standards from the standard, click associate libraries if the library is not already associated (see docid\ y3vlpzi tlsfewtsshk3q ) , select one of the available published standards/studies and click the plus icon to associate that content open an existing sdtm asset group or create a new one from the asset group, click the copy assets icon, under select source , select the standard/study you wish to copy content from choose the content you wish to copy from, you can use the filters to refine the content and you can select multiple assets to copy click check for conflicts , this displays any conflicting assets and the reason for the conflict to copy the assets, click copy assets types of sdtm asset sdtm assets include the following datasets variables values selection criteria terminologies terms methods comments files links for more details on each type of asset, see docid\ mibumdu2wd88nntsozhxt
