What's New in ryze 7.4.0
the following information describes new features, updates or changes to ryze for a list of all changes and bug fixes, please see the docid\ kmkwaindnmmttxpfanil8 ryze docs have a new home! we’ve changed the way we do user documentation at formedix so you might notice a few changes to the ui the new docs will help us scale and improve the accuracy of the information we provide accessing the docs authentication is handled by ryze, this means you can access the docs from any of the help links in ryze once you’re authenticated through ryze, you can access the docs without logging in again we’ve also added the support button to the navigation bar in version 7 4 0 you can access the docs from here as well as other support options we’ve also improved our search functionality to help you find answers quicker and added better ways for us to capture user feedback and suggestions for improvements define xml 2 1 we’ve added support for define 2 1 in this release this includes the following changes added support for external standards admin users can now add references to standards that exist outside of ryze external standards are defined by an administrator and referenced by a repository user in asset properties once an external standard is referenced by an asset, it is displayed in the asset group properties class and subclass you can now add a subclass to a class property subclasses are free text fields subclass allows programmers to provide a more descriptive classification of their datasets for example basic data structure class with subclass values of non compartmental analysis and time to event medical device basic data structure class with a subclass value of medical device time to event occurrence data structure with a subclass of adverse event datasets and variables that have no data the new “ has no data '' property can be set on assets such as variables where no data is present when “ has no data ” is checked, a warning is displayed that the user should have a comment on the corresponding asset to explain why once you create or associate a comment, the warning is removed origin ryze supports importing and exporting origins in define 2 1 support for define xml 2 1 means that when you set an origin as “derived”, you must now create or associate a method asset define xml attributes for associating standards and controlled terminology standardname and standardversion attributes are replaced with standards element this contains child standard elements; one for each referenced standard used in the study (including controlled terminology) these are shown in a table in the define xml general changes rules are displayed on non editable datasets datasets and assets which are in a non editable state now display their associated rules previously, rules were only visible when editing a dataset audit logs audit logs can now be downloaded in pdf format and include more information than in previous releases audit logs now include datetime that the user ran the report username and full name of the user that ran the report the type of report (for example, "asset history log") the context of the report (e g the asset type/label, asset group type/label, container type/label as appropriate) the query criteria (if applied) email notifications email notifications can now be enabled in organization > notifications these include notifications for data conversion and change requests data conversions emails are sent when any of the following are data upload (success) data upload (failure) data pull via integration (success) data conversion (success) data conversion (failure) data download generation (success) data download generation (failure) change requests any changes in state change request templates admin users can now add a custom url property to change request templates, this allows a user to include external links in a change request, such as links to company documentation or guidelines relationships the way parent or child relationships are displayed has been improved parent/child assets now display information according to your preferred asset properties see user > preferences > configure preferred asset properties download relationships as csv relationship details can now be downloaded as a csv file previously these could only be output to pdf format when downloading as a csv you can choose one of the following formats download all nested assets download abbreviated relationships download only direct relationships bulk add assets to an asset group when working in an asset group you can now add multiple assets from elsewhere in the parent standard from the toolbar, click asset group > add assets to asset group ui changes we’ve made a few tweaks to the ui in this release, a few changes are highlighted below but for a list of all changes relating to the ui, see the release notes modal views changes to modal windows have been made to make the information more concise and easier to use, these include change to modals for relink assets, conversion tasks, integrations we’ve also replaced modal page views with long scroll lists admin> repository > settings settings has been renamed to reference lists and new default reference list properties have been added that allow you to tag content in the repository these include reference items for send, sdtm, adam, and generic assets standards/studies standard/study list views have been improved and now include more detailed information when viewing a list of standards/studies including protocol id program therapeutic area status compliance updated version number version label you can now download an excel summary of your list of standards/studies api changes for details on what’s changed in this release, see the https //docs formedix com/api/api changelog
