What's New
What's New in ryze 7.7.0
ryze p21e data package link this improvement links asset groups in ryze to data packages in p21 enterprise both p21e data package properties and ryze asset group properties now contain fields for adding a url if the data package does not exist, then a new one is created in p21e end to end mapping we’ve added features in this release to support full end to end linking from the questions in a crf to the variables in an adam dataset this includes smart import functionality that lets you import assets with mapping configuration and view mapping relationships across your standards/studies crf > raw > sdtm > adam where raw = raw data in a proprietary dataset smart import smart import allows you to import assets with established mapping links between source assets (such as, questions on a crf) and target assets (such as proprietary datasets) this feature supports a seamless end to end mapping of assets within a study, and allows you to maintain standardized mappings for crf to raw datasets maps to (downstream) when you import a target asset (e g raw variable linked to a crf question) if the source asset (crf question) has already been imported into the same standard, the link is automatically mapped to the target asset the properties of the source asset are updated to reflect the newly imported target asset, replacing any previous links maps from (upstream) when you import a source asset with an existing link to a target asset (for example, a crf question linked to a raw variable) the link will automatically connect the imported source asset to the original target asset if the target asset has already been imported into the container, the new link will point to this imported target asset instead, with custom properties updated accordingly define mapping links in forms a new "maps to" property has been added to map questions to variables or values in ryze to enable ) you can create multiple mappings per question and maintain relationships across assets during versioning, import, and export processes view mapping relationships this feature enables users to view detailed mapping relationships and shows how data flows across standards in your repository you can select an asset to view it’s mapping relationships you can download relationship data as a csv or pdf to aid in impact analysis or auditing note you must have the latest version of dataset mapper plugin enabled in your asset group nested mappings displays multi level mappings from and to the current asset direct mappings displays single level mappings from and to the current asset smart duplicate of variables smart duplicate of variables provides a quick way to duplicate assets in datasets while allowing you to adjust properties like names, labels, and identifiers with customizable numbering and replacements this feature can be used to create new versions of a variable that follow a specific naming convention this feature has replaced clone and replace functionality smart duplicate creates a new asset with a new name, label, identifier, and description fields by replacing or appending to existing strings based on your selected format a preview of the new asset is displayed showing the replacement pattern replacement patterns replace with a single digit (1–9) replace with a zero padded two digit integer (01–99) replace with a non zero padded integer (1–99) adam standards support for datasets following the adam standard, you can apply replacement conventions for commonly used lowercase characters, for example "w" is replaced with a single digit (1–9) "xx" and "zz" are replaced with zero padded two digit integers (01–99) "y" is replaced with an integer (1–99) replacement strings are case sensitive example use cases single substitution, multiple copies duplicate a variable called "sitegry" three times, resulting in "sitegr1," "sitegr2," and "sitegr3 " multiple substitution strings duplicate a variable "trxxpgy" using the "y" pattern this will generate "trxxpg1," "trxxpg2," etc custom variable duplicate a proprietary variable "propt," replacing "t" to get "prop1," "prop2," "prop3 " duplicate values within variables duplicate values within a variable (e g , "racey") for specified ranges other improvements flag adsl variables as "core" allow any variable in the adsl dataset in an adam asset group to be assigned a “core category” this new property is a free text field and helps users identify and flag core variables such as "global," "safety," or "efficacy " webhook for p21 validation via api we’ve added a new webhook for p21 validation tasks that are triggered from data conversions the webhook includes the following status event type url for validation results ui improvements simplified crf annotations alias properties are now editable alongside the alias, removing the need to switch to the "plugin properties" tab display additional properties on relink and import modals the import and relink modals now display additional asset properties to help users better identify assets properties shown include label , name , and identifier , with primary properties (like name for datasets) appearing in bold the search function has been expanded to include name and identifier improve display of long asset labels/names the import and conflict screens have been updated to handle long asset labels or names and prevent excessive whitespace api changes new route added, see docid\ smlginjcu1q5xiiotvzl0 see also, docid\ mfcqwhs4ronotxa5hyb9p
