Form Properties

form properties can be added from the properties tab when editing a form asset ordinal used to specify the order of the form within the list of forms in the matrix if this is entered for one form, it must be provided for all forms if this is not provided, forms will appear in the same order as in the forms tab active used to specify whether the form is active or not help text used to enter help text displayed to the use for the form template used to specify whether the form is a template form or a standard form a template form should be specified using 'true' and a standard form should be specified using 'false' defaults to 'false signature required used to specify whether an investigator signature is required on the form or not patient cloud form used to specify whether or not the form will show in epro view restrictions used to specify which user roles will not have access to view the form the list of user roles to select is configured using the master roles property at asset group level entry restrictions used to specify which user roles will not have access to enter data into the form the list of user roles to select is configured using the master roles property at asset group level log direction used to specify the log direction of the form this is only relevant for forms that contain repeating item groups dde used to specify whether the form is a double data entry (dde) form redirect used to specify if the confirmation message (configured in the confirmation message property at metadataversion level) should be displayed when the form is submitted it can also be used to link to a folder or form after the message is displayed no link displays the confirmation message without a hyperlink link next displays the confirmation message with a hyperlink to the next form in the folder link custom displays the confirmation message with a hyperlink to a folder/form specified in the link custom folder and link custom form properties link custom folder / link custom form used to select the folder/form to be linked to when ‘link custom’ is specified in the redirect property mentioned above
