Asset Group Level Properties
asset group level properties are used to specify global document behavior for example, the default header style you can also choose to show or hide annotations for crfs at this level note properties whose name begins with “default” can be overridden at individual asset level for example, you can change the format of question numbers for all crfs in an asset group using the ‘default item numbering’ property or you can change for an individual crf using the ‘item numbering’ property at form level the following text lists each plugin property and it’s description annotations lets you show or hide annotations on a crf if left blank, this property defaults to 'show' time and events schedule page orientation sets the orientation of the time and events schedule page if left blank, this property defaults to 'portrait' study cover page style specifies the study cover page style if left blank, this property defaults to 'standard 1' time and events schedule page style specifies the time and events schedule page style ‘standard1’ displays an 'x' to indicate the form is present in the study event ‘standard2’ displays the form number if the form is present in the study event if default study event cover page can also be modified by setting the ‘default study event numbering’ property this default study event cover page property can be overridden for an individual study event units are inches (‘in’) or centimeters (‘cm’) for example, ‘1cm’ if left blank, this property defaults to '0 8in' note the bottom margin becomes the left margin when the ‘form orientation’ property is set to 'landscape' this property can be overridden for an individual form using the ‘margin bottom’ property default margin right specifies the size of the default right margin measurement units are inches (‘in’) or centimeters (‘cm’) for example, ‘1cm’ if left blank, this property defaults to '0 5in' note the right margin becomes the bottom margin when the ‘form orientation’ property is set to 'landscape' this property can be overridden for an individual form using the ‘margin right’ property default margin left specifies the size of the default left margin measurement units are inches (‘in’) or centimeters (‘cm’) for example, ‘1cm’ if left blank, this property defaults to '1 0in' note the left margin becomes the top margin when the ‘form orientation’ property is set to 'landscape' this property can be overridden for an individual form using the ‘margin left’ property default date entry format specifies the default format for which dates should be entered this property may be used when the datatype is ‘date’, ‘datetime’, ‘partialdate’, ‘partialdatetime’ or ‘incompletedatetime' if left blank, this property defaults to ‘ddmmmyyyy’ this property can be overridden for an individual item using the ‘date entry format’ property default time entry format specifies the default format for which times should be entered this property may be used when the datatype is ‘time’, format’ property default font family specifies the default font family for the asset group if left blank, this property defaults to 'sans serif' this property can be overridden for individual forms, sections and items using the appropriate properties default font size specifies the default font size for the asset group measurement units are point (‘pt’), pixels (‘px’) or ‘em’ for example, ‘20px’ if left blank, this property defaults to '11pt' this property can be overridden for individual forms, sections and items using the appropriate properties default table visible lets you show or hide table borders for forms and sections ‘true’ shows the borders of table rows and columns the form title, the section title and the top and bottom rows of notes are formatted in grey 'false', hides the borders of the table rows the form title, the section title and the top and bottom rows of notes are transparent if left blank, this property defaults to ‘true’ this property can be overridden for individual forms and sections using the appropriate properties default study event numbering formats the visit number on the table of contents and the study event cover page ‘none’ hides the visit number ‘studyevent’ shows the visit number if left blank, this property defaults to ‘true’ this property can be overridden for an individual visit using the ‘study event numbering’ property default form numbering formats the form number on the table of contents, on the study event cover page and on the forms ‘none’ hides the form number 'studyevent form' displays the visit and form numbers 'form' displays the form number only note if the visualization is run for an individual form, the form number is set to '1' if the visualization is run at event level or metadata version level, the form is numbered according to its position in the containing event if the ‘show title’ property for a form is set to ‘false’, the form number will not be shown if left blank, this property defaults to second, third and fourth values in each part are applied to the border sides in the following order 1\ top 2\ right 3\ bottom 4\ left for example, ‘1pt 2pt 3pt 4pt; solid dashed groove ridge; blue black yellow red if only one value is specified for each part, this value will be applied to all border sides if left blank, this property defaults to ‘1pt; solid; black' this property can be overridden at individual question level using the ‘control border’ property default title alignment specifies the default title alignment for forms and sections if left blank, this property defaults to ‘left’ this property can be overridden for individual forms and sections using the appropriate properties default measurement unit orientation specifies the orientation of the measurement units for all questions with more than 1 measurement unit if left blank, this property defaults to ‘vertical’ this property can be overridden for an individual question using the ‘measurement unit orientation’
